# Create Presentation

> Step-by-step guide to creating presentations from scratch or using templates

Learn how to create compelling property presentations in Walk the Room. This guide walks you through both starting from scratch and using templates.

## Before You Start

**Prerequisites:**

* Access to a property in Walk the Room
* Property data completed in your portfolio
* Basic understanding of your presentation goals

## Step 1: Choose Your Creation Method

Walk the Room offers two approaches to creating presentations:
